CycleGreece (“CG”) respects your privacy and is committed to protect the personal information that you share with us. Below is our privacy policy that applies to www.cyclegreece.gr (the “Site”). The Site is intended for use by persons who are over 18 years of age. By visiting the Site or communicating via telephone or otherwise with CG, you are accepting the practices described in this Privacy Policy.

Collection of Information
All “personal information” (“personal information” is defined as any information that identifies or can be used to identify, contact, or locate the person to whom such information pertains including, but not limited to, a first and last name, email address, a home, postal or other physical address, or other contact information) that we collect and maintain will be subject to the version of the Privacy Policy in effect at the time of such collection. Service providers
To provide and process the products or services you request, CG shares your Personal information with our authorized service providers that perform certain services or functions on our behalf. We only share information about travel either reserved or purchased on the Site. Our service providers need information about you, as well as your credit card information, to process and confirm your travel reservation. These service providers may disclose information about you to hotels, airlines, cruises, rental cars, and other travel suppliers whose services you have purchased. Like any other travel agent, this information must be shared with our travel suppliers to confirm your reservation and travel preferences. Although CG offers travel products from hotel, airline, cruise, rental car, and other travel suppliers that are reputable companies, we have not placed limitations on these suppliers from using or disclosing your information without your permission. Therefore, we encourage you to review the information privacy practices of any travel suppliers whose products you purchase on the Site. In addition, these travel suppliers may also contact you as necessary to obtain additional information about your confirmed reservation. CG will occasionally share aggregated information with our service providers. This information does not contain any personal information and is used to develop featured programs and content that will be of interest to our members and site visitors. In the event that you make a new, or update an existing, travel reservation by calling our toll-free number, your information may be accessed by a third-party service provider, as necessary, to respond to your request for customer service. CG may contract a reputable third party to facilitate the distribution of survey, promotion, or sweepstakes programs. Upon completion of these projects, all information is returned to CG.

Our obligations
CG may be required by law to disclose information you have provided in obtaining our travel products or services. CG may also disclose information against someone who poses a threat to its interests (such as customer fraud) or whose activities could bring harm to others. In addition, it may be necessary for CG to provide customer information to third parties, such as credit card companies, for the purpose of resolving disputes that arise in the normal course of business.
